| Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 trowel cement as they pour flooring for a 500-person tent city for relief workers at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, on Nov. 10, 1998. Over 1,000 U.S. service members are helping to rush food, shelter, pure water, medical aid and other relief supplies to the central Americans made homeless by Hurricane Mitch.
